The Rum Brothers play what they call Country and Irish. Think The Pogues, Johnny Cash, Steve Earle, now apply those varied styles to songs by The White Stripes, The Wonder Stuff and Snoop Dog and you begin to get an idea of The Rum Brothers musical mantra.
Now add a bit of Rock and a pinch of Klesma a skillet full of Bluegrass, mix it up with some Hank Williams, Bob Dylan and the Rolling Stones. Wash it all down with lashings of Irish Jigs, Reels, Polakas and assorted Ceilidh tunes and some genuine homespun Banter.
This is the Rum Brothers recipe. Don't choke on it.
